Bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are typically processed and credited to your Account balance within 2-5 minutes of receiving payment confirmation from the payment provider. You must withdraw funds to the same payment method used for deposits whenever feasible to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15-30 minutes during WIB business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Western Indonesia Time) for verified Accounts with withdrawal amounts under Rp 50,000,000. Requests submitted outside business hours are processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification time of 1-2 hours.
